New employees must fill out the information packet and familiarize themselves with the policy & procedure manual, job description for their particular position, sexual harassment policy, drug test policy, OSHA hand book and HIPPA training and sign the "New Employee Orientation Checklist"
Existing employees must, on a yearly basis, update the employee information packet, if necessary, and review their job description, policy & procedure manual, sexual harassment policy, drug test policy, OSHA hand book and HIPPA training and sign the "Yearly Employee Update Form" and turn in to their supervisor.
